Work Experience Sharon Todd-Campbell has been with The
ROC Realty Group full time since 2001. In that time she has
become one of the top-selling agents for the company. Last year
her gross sales were $3 million. Sharon manages the REO
properties for the company. She is responsible for securing,
preserving, marketing and the sale of these properties. Her
responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing the
processing of time sensitive documents such as, Property
Condition Reports, Broker Price Opinion's, and Monthly Status
Reports. She is also responsible for coordinating any rehab work
required. She maintains complete and actuate files on each
property. Sharon is the liaison between Freddie Mac and
potential buyers, selling brokers, financial institutions and
title companies.
Sharon also works as a buyer's agent assisting potential
buyer's with the purchase of their first home, investment
properties and /or the purchase of their next home. Sharon's
primary market place is Baltimore City and Northwest Baltimore
County. As a buyer's agent Sharon help her clients identify
their specific needs, wants and location for their new home. She
works with her clients from the contract negotiations to
closing. If needed, help them find the financial institution
that best fit their financial needs. Sharon will assist them
with locating property inspectors, home insurance companies, and
any other ministerial acts that are needed. She prides herself
in making her clients feel comfortable by gaining their trust
and assuring them she has their best interest at heart.
Sharon is a preferred realtor with EBDI (East Baltimore
Development Inc) and successfully assisted in relocating 13
residences in the John Hopkins area.
Sharon came to The ROC Realty Group after being employed with
Zurich US (formerly Maryland Insurance Group) for 11 years. Her
job title was Billing and Account Analyst. Her duties included
utilizing the Direct Bill and other company systems to respond
in a timely manner to field office, customer and agent
inquiries, via phone, fax, mail and E-mail. She ensured that
problems/inquires referred outside of the team for resolution
were handled efficiently and satisfactorily within established
timeframes. Utilized negotiation techniques and decision-making
skills to proactively investigate and resolve payment
discrepancies and collections of past due Direct Bill accounts.
She maintained good team relationships with team members and
across business units.
